Receptionist/Order Entry

Receptionist/Order Entry

 

The Receptionist/Order Entry position is responsible for representing the company in a professional manner by answering a multi-line telephone system, greeting any visitors and employees and assisting with order entry when necessary. Outgoing personality and good communication skills a must. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. The candidate is not required to have previous experience, but must be a quick-learner with a great deal of motivation and initiative as he or she will be trained by our staff to assist with the responsibilities listed below.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients, visitors and vendors 
  • Maintain daily attendance; sign in/out sheets
  • Assist sales in entering orders
  • Open and sort incoming mail
  • Filing and cabinet sorting
  • Assist other departments with administrative duties as needed
  • Coordinate supply orders
  • Place all maintenance and service request for all office equipment i.e. copier, postage machine printers etc.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience a plus but not necessary
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to include verbal and written communication
  • Organized and detail minded
  • Proficient user of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and enjoy a fast paced environment

Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

 

The Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk works to ensure that funds are dispersed and collected accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining a strong audit trail and organized accounting records. Must be a self-motivated multi-tasker and possess the ability to effectively handle priorities with attention to detail and accuracy. Must be an articulate and effective communicator, able to partner with many persons across the organization. Must possess a "can do" attitude, along with attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain vendor and customer master files and accounting files (both hard copies and electronically archived)
  • Process vendor invoices and statements, correlating them with internally
    produced company purchase orders
  • Produce and ensuring the accuracy of accounting reports, check requests, regular update reports, as well as periodic closing statements
  • Ensure that accounting transactions are made on a timely basis and are accurately reflected in the appropriate General Ledger Accounts
  • Perform all necessary data entry and retrieval activities related to both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Assist external parties (Customers and Vendors) and internal associates with accounting questions
  • Perform other tasks as necessary to support the proper accounting of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities

 

Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Accounts payable/receivable strongly desired
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office software
  • Excellent reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills, coupled with the ability to multi-task
  • Prioritization of daily tasks

CNC Programmer/Machinist


Experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist position requires experience operating CNC equipment in a production shop environment for valve train and rotating performance aftermarket manufacturer.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Loading CNC programs
  • Run manual lathe or mill
  • Grind cams on Berco manual machine
  • Machine setup
  • Tool changes
  • Blueprint reading
  • Part verification
  • Preventive maintenance

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • CNC Programmer and Setup
  • Welding experience
  • Okuma ADMAC Off-Line CAM Programming experience and/or Esprit, MasterCam or PartMaker CAM programming experience
  • Detail oriented self starter and team player with good leadership skills
